Overview
The rubber estate firm is located in Bandarban, Chittagong Hill Tracts. This beautiful 75 acres of land houses 30,000 trees, which are in production. Greenland Group is planning to improve the production and achieve full potential of the garden which will go a long way in meeting demands from the local market. The rubber estate is equipped with a production facility which turns the raw latex into rubber sheets for industrial implications.

Vision
The management of the rubber estate has recently developed a Five Year Objective of increasing the project capacity into three times of the present capability. Though the facility can home 30000 trees at a time only 3000 trees are currently in production and the produced raw material is already contributing a huge amount to meet local need of natural rubber. As according to our Five Year vision all 30000 trees will be in production and as soon as the production reaches full potential, Greenland Rubber Estate through its SBU Greenland Trading and Contracting and Greenland International will explore the foreign market to find lucrative international markets and therefore contribute to meet the global demand for rubber.
